I am a TiBillet collective

I'm a collective if I represent :

  • an association
  • a festival
  • a third place
  • a venue that organizes events
  • a restaurant
  • a performance venue

I'm a TiBillet collective if I use the TiBillet tools.

This page shows how TiBillet collectives can use the 3 TiBillet tools.

The 3 TiBillet tools are :

The web site Lespass

LaBoutik cash register

The Pass contactless card

Lèspass

Lespass is a website.

I can go to Lespass by clicking on this link: Go to Lespass website

Lespass is for all TiBillet collectives.

**Each TiBillet collective can create its own Lespass.

On Lespass, you'll find :

Calendar
subscriptions

The agenda is to see :

  • events in my TiBillet collective
  • events in my village TiBillet

A TiBillet village is a group of TiBillet collectives that choose to join together.

Memberships are to see :

  • all the memberships offered by my TiBillet collective
  • all the memberships offered by the collectives in my TiBillet village.

Laboutik

LaBoutik is for collectives with one or more points of sale.

An outlet is a place where I can sell things, such as :

  • food and drink
  • clothing
  • concert tickets
  • room rental by the hour
  • memberships

LaBoutik is an application.

I can use LaBoutik on :

  • tablets
  • smartphones
  • Sunmi

A Sunmi is a device that allows the public to pay by card.

LaBoutik is made up of 2 different parts.

The 1st part allows me to manage my points of sale and my accounting.

Managing my points of sale means, for example :

  • adding my points of sale
  • record the list of products I want to sell in each outlet
  • choose the price at which I want to sell them

Manage my accounting, for example :

  • view my sales figures
  • close the cash register and create a Z ticket

The Z ticket is a receipt that summarizes all sales for the day.

I need the Z ticket to do my accounting.

To see how to manage my points of sale and accounting with LaBoutik, click here: Manage my points of sale and accounting with LaBoutik (Link in progress).

The 2nd part allows me to :
- manage public purchases at my points of sale
- manage public change

Managing public purchases at my points of sale means, for example :

  • registering their purchases
  • cashing their purchases

I can cash in customers' purchases:

In cashBy credit cardWith a Pass

With a Pass

A Pass is a contactless card.

It's a TiBillet tool.

I can find out more about the Pass below.

Managing change for audiences means, for example :

  • adding change to an audience's TiBillet account
  • see how much change an audience has in their TiBillet account

There are 3 different TiBillet currencies.

**The 1st currency is the global currency **.

Global currency can be used in all TiBillet collectives.

Audiences can add global currency to their TiBillet account using their bank card.

To find out more about how audiences can add change to their TiBillet account, click here: Adding currency to a TiBillet account

**The 2nd currency is local currency **.

Local currency can be used in :

  • my TiBillet collective
  • in TiBillet Village collectives that agree to it

I can choose the name I want to give my local currency.

Thanks to LaBoutik, members of the public can add local currency to their TiBillet account account by donating their Pass to a collective.

They can add local currency using :

  • their bank card
  • cash

**The 3rd currency is gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers are donated by a TiBillet collective.

People can only use gift vouchers in the TiBillet collective that donates them.

Pass

Pass is given to audiences by a TiBillet collective.

It's a contactless card.

For example, I can put :

  • a drawing
  • a photograph
  • my collective's logo
