I am an audience

Je suis un public si je suis une personne
qui participe à un ou plusieurs collectifs TiBillet.

A TiBillet collective is a collective that uses TiBillet tools.

A collective is, for example :

  • an association
  • a festival
  • a third-party venue
  • a venue that organizes events
  • a restaurant
  • a performance venue

Participating in a TiBillet collective means, for example :

Join the collective
Go to an event organized by the collective
Buy something at a collective outlet
Volunteering to help the collective

This page shows how I can use TiBillet tools.

TiBillet tools for audiences are :

The Pass contactless card

The web site Lèspass

LèsPass

My Pass is donated by a TiBillet collective.
Pass is a contactless card.

Contactless means I don't need to enter a secret code to use it.

Pass allows me to pay for things from a TiBillet collective that uses LaBoutik.

LaBoutik is a TiBillet tool that allows collectives to sell things like :

  • food and drink
  • clothing
  • concert tickets
  • room rental by the hour
  • memberships
With a single card, my Pass gives me access to:
  • my memberships
  • my tickets for events of the collectives
  • my subscriptions
  • my loyalty cards
  • of the currency
I can manage all this thanks to the QR code on my Pass.
A QR code is an image that I can take a picture of using a QR code scanning application on my phone.

Then the Lèspass website opens up on my phone.

LèsPass

Lèspass is a website.

I can go to Lèspass :

subscriptions page

My account

My account gives me access to my personal information.

My personal information is grouped into several categories:

Money box
Subscriptions
Réservations
Badge reader
Pass Card
Preferences

In “My piggy bank”, I can manage my change.

Managing my change means, for example:** ** Seeing my expenses.

  • view my expenses
  • see how much change I have** in my TiBillet account
  • adding change** to my TiBillet account

There are 3 different TiBillet currencies.

The 1st currency is the global currency.

The global currency can be used in all TiBillet collectives.

I can add global currency to my TiBillet account using my credit card.

I don't have any bank charges when I put money on my Pass.

This means that if I load 10 euros onto my Pass, I can spend 10 euros in TiBillet collectives.

TiBillet, Stripe or my bank don't take any extra money from my account.

**The 2nd currency is the local currency **.

Local currency can be used in :

  • my TiBillet collective
  • in the villages of my TiBillet collectives that agree.

A TiBillet village is a group of TiBillet collectives that choose to join together.

I can add local currency to my TiBillet account, by giving my Pass to a TiBillet collective that uses LaBoutik.

I can add local currency to my TiBillet account thanks to :

My credit card
Cash

**The 3rd currency is gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers are donated by a TiBillet collective.

I can only use gift vouchers in the TiBillet collective that gives them to me.

In “My subscriptions”, I can manage my subscriptions.

Managing my subscriptions means, for example :

  • view** my current subscriptions
  • renew** a subscription
  • cancel** a subscription

Renewing means continuing the subscription.

To cancel means to stop the subscription.

In “My reservations”, I can manage my reservations.

Managing my reservations means, for example :

  • see the seats I've reserved for TiBillets events
  • see my tickets for these events

In “Badge”, I can clock in and out.

Indicating my presence lets the TiBillet collective know that I'm there.

For example, I can check in when I arrive at a coworking space.

A coworking space is a shared work space that lends me a desk in exchange for money.

By checking in when I arrive, I know how long I'm staying, so I know how much change I owe when I leave.

In “My card”, I can manage my card.

Managing my card means, for example, declaring that I've lost my card and requesting a new one.

In “My preferences”, I can manage information about myself.

Managing information about myself means, for example, changing :

  • my first and last name
  • my email address
  • delete my TiBillet account
